The four events are Misty → Dewy (2x), Acid Rain → Radioactive (5x), Rainbow → Golden (25x), and Meteor Shower → Cosmic (100x). Each lasts 4m 30s. These are Greedy Growers events only — they are not the same as Grow a Garden’s weather.

The cheapest way to prepare is to keep a small buffer of coins and a couple of strong belt seeds ready instead of planting everything the second you buy it. When Misty, Acid Rain, Rainbow, or Meteor Shower appears, plant your highest-value available seed immediately so the mutation rolls onto something worth multiplying.
Timing matters more than seed count. A single Cosmic-mutated harvest from a Meteor Shower window can out-earn a full hour of ordinary farming, so it is often worth holding coins during quiet periods rather than spending them on mid-tier seeds you do not really need.
