Terms of Service — Greedy Growers Guide

By using Greedy Growers Guide (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site Is

The Site is an independent, fan-made reference for the Roblox game Greedy Growers. It offers a code tracker, a seed database, a tier list, calculators, and written guides. It is free to use, requires no account, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or to the game's developer.

2. Acceptable Use

You may read, link to, quote, and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

republish substantial parts of the Site on another website or app without attribution and a link back;
use automated scripts to scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service for others;
misrepresent Site content as official game information;
use the Site to distribute malware, phishing links, or cheat software.

3. Accuracy of Game Data

We take accuracy seriously and publish the evidence behind our numbers rather than asking you to trust us. Specifically:

every figure that comes from an external source is attributed to that source, with the date we last checked it;
figures no tracked source publishes — for example per-seed sell value or growth time — are omitted rather than estimated. Where a page cannot show a number for this reason, it says so on the page;
community-reported values that we could not independently confirm are labelled unverified.

Even so, a live game changes without notice. Game data is provided for reference only and may be out of date by the time you read it.

4. Codes and Third-Party Claims

Our code list is assembled by cross-checking several independent trackers and only publishing a code once more than one of them agrees. Codes can expire or be revoked by the developer at any time, and a code that worked when we checked it may not work for you. We are not responsible for any in-game currency, item, or time spent attempting a redemption.

5. Intellectual Property

All game names, logos, item names, artwork, and trademarks — including “Greedy Growers” — are the property of their respective owners, as is all Roblox intellectual property. Our own original material (written guides, page layouts, and source code) is ours and is offered under the licence described in section 6.

6. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to raymond@greedygrowers.codes containing: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the exact URL of the material in question; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act. We will remove valid claims promptly.

7. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure

The Site is free because it is supported by advertising, currently Google AdSense. We are not paid by any game, brand, or code tracker to place or rank anything, and no listing on the Site is sponsored. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

8. External Links

The Site links to external resources, including the official Roblox game page and third-party code trackers we cite as sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any game data, code, or tool output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including lost in-game currency, lost progress, or lost profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information on it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
